I bought my Toyota RAV4 at this dealership a few years back and have been a happy customer since. From what I remember their salespeople were courteous and non pushy. If you have an image of sharky sales person in you're head, it was quite the opposite. Every time I have had to go for service since then, it's been a painless process. Mind you I absolutely hate having to keep up with appointments and paperwork, so when I say painless it means I have to do the bare minimum. You can make appointments online but if you're old school and like to call, they have a great team on the other side of that phone as well. When I go in for service, they are full on transparent. They give me a wait and cost estimate before they even get started. They have a waiting area with coffee, pastry and magazines. I personally like to go take a walk or grab a bite in the city center. Usually they call me after an hour, longest wait I ever had was 2,5 hours. If you call them to check in, they are friendly and never annoyed or condescending. Last week I walked in during a busy Friday to have the batteries replaced in my key remotes. Both batteries were depleted to the point were I had to manually open my car. They immediately helped me and the nice guy changing the battery did it in 10 seconds, I kid you not. Was it the cheapest way to replace them, probably not, but it was very reasonable and I know I can trust them to do a good job. One remark for improvement. The car, service etc is clearly registered in my name. Yet several times they assumed my boyfriend was the one driving the car and keys were handed to him after the service. Unconscious bias at work indeed.
