At Putnum buy a car only from Lenny Ruttenberg. We almost walked out of buying a used Toyota because the salesman clearly had little knowledge on the car we wanted to buy. Luckily, Lenny stepped in and has been remarkable. He was very knowledgeable, had fully answered every question we had, did not push us to buy and promised he will stand behind the purchase if anything came up . Well, days after we bought the car "As Is" we found a problem - we returned to Lenny and he took care of it, while fixing of a few other small things I mentioned - free of charge. He stood behind his promise. We probably did not get the cheapest deal out there, but we got a 5 year old car that feels and drives like new, for a fair deal. We bought the car stress free and we know that Lenny will always be there to take care of his customers. No wonder he is a 17 year veteran in this business. We will return and so will our friends.
