I purchased my new Sienna flawlessly. The stuff was good and helpful. They gave me as many test-drives as I wanted with no questions. My sales man - Abdul was professional and patient. Unlike other dealerships, he was not pushy. During 2 weeks of thinking, he called me just once (others called every 10 minutes, I had to blacklist some). Abdul does even speak on my native language! What a surprise. The whole transaction (including paperwork for a lease) took an hour and I was given the keys from the car and drove away. No doubts, that was my best car purchasing experience ever!
