My husband and I have been long-time customers of Putnam Toyota. Most recently we met Jeff Hershman, who we have found to be an excellent sales person. Jeff has been kind, honest, patient, knowledgeable, and extremely accommodating. We get turned off by high pressure sales people, so Jeff was our man. He listened to our needs and guided us to the perfect certified pre-owned vehicle, which we could comfortably afford. Two test drives later, and we purchased a great vehicle for our family. Thank you, Jeff, for not hesitating in taking that second test drive and being so patient! He made everything easy, and David was also great in helping us with financing and service plan options. We would definitely recommend Putnam Toyota, without hesitation, to our friends and family.
