First time taking it here. 10,000 K service and service during weekday with appointment about two hours as promised. Nice waiting area with free WiFi, small TV, plenty of comfy chairs, free auto coffee drinks and pastries paid vending machines and clean restrooms. Every half hour free shuttle from Oracle to Grand Avenue. Friendly service. Would've been nice if they had vacuumed the interior after a service was completed.
