Amazing customer service! I drive an extra 15 min out of my way to get my Prius service done here, and it's totally worth it. Henk and Matt are my favorite people, if your Toyota needs work, make sure you come to them! They're great listeners, will be flexible with your schedule and needs, and are fantastic at explaining what happens pre and post service. I feel like I'm with family at Putnam Toyota, and especially with Matt and Henk.
