I think we've all heard about auto-dealership fiascoes, and I hope you're not disappointed that this isn't one of those stories! I never thought buying a car at a dealership could be so easy. When I found out they had the car I wanted in stock, I emailed Putnam Toyota to schedule a test drive (and to tell them to hold that car for me!) Almost immediately Jeff Hershman contacted me back. I ended up going in that same day to test drive and then buy the car. Jeff was very accommodating and low pressure during the whole process. Even after the sale he has followed up to see how the car is working out for me and to check in. I highly recommend Jeff and Putnam Toyota!
