Found myself at this Toyota dealership on a complete fluke journey that's too long to explain, but found the PERFECT 2009 Rav4! I couldn't believe it when I saw it. I got to meet Dan Dishart who helped me test drive the car and get rolling on the buying process then Michael Musto completed the buying process with me. Dan was totally awesome! Super helpful and really nice. Not pushy at all, which I so appreciated after many, many other dealerships. He was very knowledgable about the cars and the whole buying a used car process. Every question or concern I had was respected (even if it was probably silly) and answered honestly and graciously. Michael was so nice and walked me through the entire buying process. He made sure I understood every step and gave me great information about extending my warranty or not, payment options, and follow-up information regarding my plates and how the trade in of my old car would go. And a lot more. The whole dealership had a really nice, laid back feel even though everyone was very professional. I probably looked like a teenager to them, but everyone was really great and helpful. I don't know why anyone would buy a brand new car anymore. The depreciation is outrageous. Especially when you can find cars that are a few years old in perfect condition for so much less. I feel seriously lucky to have found the Rav4 I did at this dealership. And I'm sure it's not out of the ordinary. They had a ton of really great looking CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) cars that I didn't even try. If you're looking for a fantastic dealership with excellent staff and, of course, awesome cars, this is the place.
