I recently purchased a Porsche Boxster from Putnam Toyota in Burlingame. And I would like to share my amazing experience with them. My appointed manager was Sukino and he helped me through the entire purchase process, from selecting the appropriate model to understanding my needs and budget. He showed five to six options which fitted my budget and needs and helped me select the best one. The manager helped me understand the technical details of the vehicles and the after sale value. The company is known in the used car dealership market for their professional approach and I can only agree to that. The salesman or the service people are not pushy; their key intention is to bring forth customer satisfaction which helps them win word of mouth publicity. The sales manager also advised me to visit them online for more search option and get better understanding of the vehicles and finance calculation. The company also offers finance options with better rates and easy paperwork. Their after sales service is also efficient and prompt. I would say once the customer walks in they have the entire experience planned for you in the most efficient and professional manner. I have had dealt with other car dealerships in the past but no one has exceeded my expectations like these guys have. I would highly recommend Putnam Toyota in Burlingame as the ideal choice if you want to deal in pre-owned cars or new cars. It sure will be a smooth ride as a Toyota.
